the-zayas-manifesto asked: Since it came out yesterday, have you played or watched any videos of Five Nights at Freddy's 4? If so, what did you think of it?
Hehe, both! I actually really adore this one! I love it just as much as the first game in the series. :)
(Unfortunately my computer seems to have a bit of delay with some transitions in this one, so I can’t make it past Night 3. But I enjoy watching it! <3)
vroomped asked: Looking back, how do you feel about your first art projects? Were they requests from friends and family, gifts to friend and family? How do you think these people and these projects influenced who you are today?
Hehe, my first pieces of art ever were definitely things I made for friends/family. (By request or my own accord.) That continuous support and encouragement in what I did definitely helped me grow with my work!
My mom’s told me a few times before this year that she’s honestly surprised, but proud, at the improvements I’ve made with my art. She’s admitted to me that when I first showed her my art from when I first started, she didn’t think it was really that good (and I wholeheartedly agree now, haha!). But she would still say that she enjoyed it, and those compliments subconsciously pushed me to keep going. :)
Same goes with other family members/friends, hehe! The moral support definitely went a long way with me (alongside being inspired by other artists, of course!)

I’m fairly certain Crusty Sean’s one of my top favorite (if not simply top favorite) characters in Splatoon. (I really adore the Squid Sisters, though! <3)

fluree01 asked: I'm sorry but im New to your blog, I know you for all your art but I missed why you stopped fnaf, im most asking for more just, why did you stop? (Ps. I love your art style)
Constant tracing/art theft, it became to repetitive for me to the point where I didn’t find myself enjoying drawing the characters as much as I once did, etc.
I pretty much just barely ever doodle them anymore, let alone I keep such to doodles to myself the majority of the time. :)
mistresscasper asked: Sorry for the double question but, I really wanted to know, does it bother you that some people just know you for your FNaF art? And that may be the only thing they recognize you for?
(Thank you for that initial ask, hehe! No worries!)
And.. to be brutally honest, yes. Like, I don’t necessarily mind if folks seem to only know about FNAF work I did, but it actually has become a little tiresome to see that folks seem to think that’s the only sort of work I made/currently do.
Obviously FNAF is big in recognition (for better or for worst), and I do still feel fortunate and flattered that people seem to refer to what I’ve made a lot when referring to fandom creations. More times than not, folks that happen to see any Five Night’s work I’ve made manage to track back to my gallery/galleries, so I can’t really complain. Nor do I often see a reason to, if ever.
But, as I’ve mentioned in the past, I’d very much appreciate not being known as a ‘FNAF artist’. Title before the noun may suggest the title is all I dedicate myself to, and I definitely don’t dedicate myself to it anymore. Heck, I never wanted to.
But. *shrugs* What can you do. :X
Art Academy has been brilliant. <3

Keystone Motel storyboards - The Best Diner In The World
Here’s a sequence I did for the Steven Universe episode, Keystone Motel. Working on it felt strangely… cathartic? Feels like I’ve been everyone at this table, at some point in my life or another.
This is a long post. And spoiler-ey. More storyboards under the cut!
**Waitress Drawings and Tableware Tracking thanks to crew storyboard revisionist Amber Rogers! Thank you!!**
I think this guy was one of my favorite parts of Guild Grumps. <3

I like to think that if Ruby and Sapphire were in Splatoon and on opposing teams, Ruby would end up with either pink or orange paint, and Sapphire would be with blue or turquoise.
Yet when they happen to get paired up, they always end up with purple.
