where I dump my scribbles
Do you see the "new" Toy Foxy as a male or female? Cause I get a strong feminine " vibe from "The Mangle". Notice the painted nails, the eyelashes and lipstick.

With the exceptions of old/toy Bonnie, I regard all the animatronics as their canon genders. While those features do hint more at being feminine, they weren’t that much of a thing that drove me to thing ‘girl’.
Indeed, just my personal thoughts, but I’d enjoy Mangle in any case!

Hey, I'm not sure if this is you or not, but there's some things on DeviantArt that I saw that look a lot like your style, and even though I haven't seen you post these, I just wanted to be sure. For all I know though, this could just be someone copying your style of the characters or a separate account of yours. Look up the artist Keelongines: I can't post the link.

Aah, yeah, these are definitely things I drew.  And more so with a character I’ve been trying to hide away due to prior events. <X)

Heh, thank you so much for letting me know! I’m proceeding to report. :)

hey Fox! I'm not sure if you've been asked this before, or maybe you even know this person, I really have no idea.. I just came over the user "toy-bonnie" and I have a strong feeling they're copying your style.. Again if this is something you're ok with or if you've been in contact with this person then I'm not gonna step in here in any way, I'm just afraid someone's using your own style for their own profit. (pardon my english flaws btw ; ; )

Heya Niro! Ah.. no, as far as I can recall, I don’t believe I’ve ever been in contact with a user by that name specifically (if referring to here on Tumblr).

Hehe, I don’t think I’d have any real ‘right’ to say that they are ‘stealing’ my style if their art happens to look a lot like mine. Especially since style similarities are really in the eye of the beholder. Some may agree, others may not. If they do happen to be referencing off my art for their pieces, would appreciate it greatly if they would credit. But, again, I’m not aware of this person/their art myself, so as long as there’s no tracing, edits, or anything to the pieces I’ve made, I can’t really do anything about it. (Plus, a lot of folks tend to attempt draw my interpretations of the Fazbear crew. Why, exactly, I won’t fully know, since they aren’t that ‘unique’ and I majorly base mine all from Kayla-Na, especially Chica. Could possibly be just that!)

But thank you for wanting to bring this to my attention, in any case! (Haha, and no worries, no flaws here!

How did you earn/get/or thought about the Username; Orlando Fox?

“Orlando Fox” is actually just the name of my main fox character (who’s actually the chiil-looking goof in my avatar/banner… which I REALLY need to update at this point). How I came up with that name for him, I will never specifically recall. One could think it’s just because I live in Florida (though not in the city of that name, mind you), but I feel as if there was something more to it… in any case, it just seemed to fit, hehe!

Do you ever just get through with a drawing, and then you realize: "Dear mother of the holy chicken and fox, what did my hands just create?" I mean, almost all artists, if not all of them, just have "those" drawings....

Aaall the time, haha! Significantly so when I look at my art from at least a year ago and compare it to a present time! It’s pretty crazy how much one’s quality can change with their craft! <3

Do your RL friends know about your art and how popular you're in internet?

Aw, shucks, haha, I don’t consider myself popular. <XD Some of my work may have gotten around, sure, but I’m just a big, shy doofus. :)

A few of my RL friends are aware of my art (and one or two do know about my Tumblr (though don’t check it very often from my understanding, phew! :’D). Though.. haha, I’m sure they’re not aware of some of the things I’ve gotten opportunities to do (like make work for particular projects/conventions) or even offers I’ve received (joining an art team at a different kind of convention).

I do love my friends, and I’m flattered it they happen to take interest in my drawings, but (again) I tend to keep to myself when it comes to art, since I don’t like to go on about my persuits and possibly seem too egotistical. ^^:

Keep Drawing.

I feel as if I should post this here, as I actually tend to questions/asks that relate to this, and I wanted to give my two cents on it. (I made a few tweets on Twitter, so half may be copy-and-paste, but it definitely applies).

Folks… don’t give up on your art endeavors, even if you feel as if you’re not improving at a pace you’d like to over a certain period of time.

Be it how you draw (in terms of ‘style’ method), what you want to draw (in terms of subject matter), what you want to work with (pencils, pens, tablets, etc.); it all comes with practice and -time-. Even if it make take time for you to obtain these tools or begin to subconsciously aquire the knowledge and skill, it requires patience. Heck, it can actually be good to feel stumped when trying to draw certain things. I treat that as a sign that I need to improve on something.

Someone’s particular 'style of art’ actually comes from the improvements you make. Please know that an 'art style’ isn’t something you can instantly think of and create right off the bat. It comes with the practice. I’ve actually had folks ask me me how I came up with the style I happen to have now, and I couldn’t give a clear answer because… I didn’t.

Yes, I do get inspired by numerous folks, be it individuals or art companies/networks in general.

Yes, I have even tried to invest some tips numerous artists may choose to offer into my pieces.

Yes, without a doubt, I’ve even tried to draw in particular styles of others before to maybe get a sense of how they do their things.

But in terms of coming to my own style, I didn’t necessarily think of it and suddenly started drawing like it. I didn’t wake up one day and suddenly 'envision’ a style that I wanted to make. Through years of inspiration and effort, it came to me. It hasn’t been that many years for me (yet), but still, at least several at this point.

As far as 'secrets’ go with drawing “well” or with a unique style, it all takes dedication, patience, & (pretty much) constant practice. And as you go through a journey with improving upon your art and indirectly finding your own style, you’ll find/discover new ways of drawing certain subjects, what tools work best for you, which way of drawing fits you better, and so on.

It will be a challenge. It can be frustrating at times, especially if it seems like with all this effort no one even acknowledges it. But trust me, it takes effort and determination. Where you locate yourself in finding inspiration and posting your art, also, varies for everyone.

But don’t give up. Regardless of who you are, how long it may take you to improve or feel satisfied with your work or anything, you have the potential. Everyone does.

You just have to try and keep up your determination and dedication to it. It can be hard (be it because of you possibly doubting yourself or any other source). You’ll never know where you end up if you just stop. :)

*puts a pencil and paper in your hand* Don’t give up! I know you can go far!

Do you draw in public?

Ah.. if for an assignment in school and I have to or am asked to by my group, yes!

If for my own pleasure/boredom, sometimes. And even then, I tend to be pretty discreet about it (hide it under my arm, very quick sketches I can quickly turn over before anyone may see, etc.) Hehe, I don’t exactly like to showcase my ‘skill’ like I’m some pro or anything.

Sure, it’s a skill, so maybe I shouldn’t be so shy about it, but that’s just me!

Orlando, have you considered setting up a Patreon? Not only would it allow you to distribute your art while limiting the probability of theft, you'll also be compensated. Also, I'd gladly throw money at you, for you're an amazing artist~

I have once, but given how I don’t really have anything… ‘consistent’ to offer (be it art projects, an series of art if a particular theme, etc.), I don’t think it would be for me. That and the likeliness that I wouldn’t have the time to focus/dedicate to it!

Plus, I wouldn’t offer that much for rewards, haha! Would likely go up to.. maybe five, just to see everything I find myself drawing in my spare time, be it in my sketchbook, WIPs of things, etc. Nothing really interesting!

But thank you so much, hehe! That really flatters me!

Why are u leaving the fnaf fandom? Everyone else is too just ignore the people who are rude that's how this world works people are going to steal art and stuff and idk just hopefully you might draw it again idk tho

I’m not ‘leaving the fandom’. I do still enjoy and appreciate the fan made creations from Five Nights, as well as the game itself. I’m just not drawing it myself anymore for the time being.

And regardless of art theft happening on occasion, it doesn’t make it any easier to simply ignore. Let alone, it doesn’t make it right.

And, again, I have mentioned this numerous times before, but there is indeed possibility I will post art of anything related to FNAF someday. “When” is undetermined. But regardless, for the time being, I’m simply stopping now. :)
