Bonnie - Androgynous

Chica - Female

Foxy - Male

Toy Freddy - Male

Toy Bonnie - Androgynous 

Toy Chica - Female

Toy Foxy (Mangle) - Female

Golden Freddy - Male

Again, these are just MY personal thoughts! But I’m not close minded to others that may assign any of these characters as opposite genders, their actual ‘confirmed’ ones, or anything! :)
